Orphanage: Fear, a lack of parental affection, trauma, stress, and frustration were among the orphans' psychosocial issues. Orphans are more likely to engage in juvenile delinquency due to emotional and psychological issues. To address these concerns, Saikalpa provides food, water, clothing, education, and other necessities. The orphaned infant will be adopted by Saikalpa.

Old-age Home: Saikalpa advocates "the cause and care of disadvantaged older people in order to improve their quality of life," and envisions a society in which the elderly have the right to enjoy a full, healthy, and dignified life. Addressing the needs of the elderly and campaigning for their rights, as well as providing adequate healthcare, preventing elder abuse, and a variety of other challenges.

Medical: Many people with kidney disease cannot afford dialysis, thus many non- profit groups. People with other illnesses, such as heart problems, are unable to receive free support from these groups since they require further medical care. The Saikalpa Trust will provide financial help to these people through working with hospitals
