Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir

Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir in Assangthang, near Namchi in South Sikkim, was built as a gift from then Chief Minister Pawan Chamling to the people of Sikkim and was formally inaugurated on 3 November 2010 by Chamling and his wife Tika Maya Chamling. The two-storey temple houses a statue of Shirdi Sai Baba on its upper floor, with the ground floor used for devotional singing, and it stands near the larger Siddhesvara Dham complex a few kilometers from Namchi.
