Sri Shirdi Sai Baba temple

This temple of Sri Sai Baba has been built at Vadhiyar Thottam in Kodambakkam. It is around 3 kms from Mambalam Suburban Railway Station & Thyagarayanagar Bus Stand. Nearest landmark for this temple is Rangarajapuram Sri Murugan temple. This temple has been built by Sri. Palaniyappan a Builder by Profession. Being a Baba Devotee for Quite Some time it was his wish to build a Sanctum for Sai Baba & to worship him. Founder of this temple is Smt. Sakunthala Ammal & Family. An Old Property was purchased in the Mid 2008 & demolised to build this 2 florey Sree Sai Baba Dhyana Mandapam at Vadhiyar Thottam. On 26th Jan 2010 this temple was Inaugurated & Opened to Sai Devotees. A 5.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba has been installed in this temple along with the Marble Statue's of Sri Ganeshji & Goddess Sarawathi. The Speciality of this temple is that Sai Baba is given Abhishekam twice Daily, once in the Morning & once in the evening. A Meditation Hall has been built at the first floor with the Potrait of Sai Baba installed there. It has been Air Conditioned to help Sai Devotees perform Meditation & Sai Satcharita Parayan with out worrying for the Hot Summer. Satya Narayana Vratham is performed on Every Pournima in this temple. Rama Navami, Guru Pournima & Sai Punyathithi are celebrated in this temple in a grand way. Annadanam is performed on all Saturday's at 11:30am.
