Zarine Taraporewala

Zarine Taraporewala was a Parsi devotee from Mumbai with an unshakeable faith in Baba. Her greatest service was to translate the Marathi Shri Sai Samarth Satcharita into English, word for word, so that devotees in India and abroad who could not read Marathi could read Baba's life as Hemadpant wrote it.

The Shirdi Sai Baba Sansthan used her translation as the basis of its English edition, and it is read by devotees all over the world.

She passed away on 28 December 2006. Through her quiet work, Baba's words reached people of every language and faith.
