Shree Sai Baba Mandir

Shree Sai Baba Mandir in Chauta Bazar, Surat, is run by the Shree Sai Baba Satsang Mandal, which devotees trace back to 28 July 1955. The original shrine housed a wooden reclining idol of Sai Baba along with a marble idol kept in a basement meditation room. A larger new temple building nearby was inaugurated in May 1966, featuring a marble reclining idol of Sai Baba together with an additional large marble statue.
