Sri Vijaya Sai Mandir

Sri Vijaya Sai Mandir in Peteru was inaugurated on Aug 12, 2009. Shirdi Sai Baba Idol was installed on Jun 2, 2010 by Mr. & Mrs. Ch. Sridhar. Once some important bond papers pertaining to her house were missing in Rajeshwari's house. They searched every nook and corner with no luck. Later, she prayed to Sri Sai Baba and did 11 pradakshinas for 11 days. The missing papers were found in her home. Rajeshwari very ritually comes to the mandir premises by 4am and cleans the temple. One morning she got a dream in which she heard a very loud ringing of the bell. She woke up startled only to realize that it was 4am. She felt that Baba made her realize her duties by giving her the wakeup call and continued with her work at the temple as a routine.
