Stichting Shridi Sai Baba Foundation

Shirdi Sai Baba temples have been built all over the world to spread the legacy of this great spiritual Saint from India. The temple in Olst is the first Shirdi Sai Baba temple in the Netherlands. The driving force behind the realization of this is Mr Etienne Bhagwan Premdani. He was in Shirdi with his wife Beena in 1994 and then made a solemn promise to realize a temple for Sai Baba in the Netherlands. After 22 years his dream has come true. He established the Shirdi Sai Baba Foundation and realized the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Olst. From now on, devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba can worship their spiritual Saint and / or be taught in his teachings every Sunday in Olst. A former church building , at Hendrik Droststraat 34 , has been completely renovated for this purpose. A beautiful marble statue of Shirdi Sai Baba was specially made in India and now adorns the temple. This statue is a replica of the statue of the Maha Samadhi mandir in Shirdi.
