There is Gurusthan at the temple entrance with miraculous Neem Tree at the Entry gate. The temple layout, Gabhara, Samadhi, Sai moorti makes one feel as if he is in Shirdi. Abhishek and Arti's done at the temple. kakad Arati timing is morning 5.am,Madhyan Arati noon 12.00. and Dhoop arati 6.30 pm. every thursday Shejarti at 9.00 pm. There are annual festivals like Sthapana Divas(16th june), Guru Poornima, Ram Navami, Dasara which are celebrated by saidham. The work of development is still going on.
