History of the temple
A couple Mr.Gopalakrishnan and his wife Mrs Gowri Lakshmi were living in a small village in Erode. For many years after their marriage they were not blessed with a child. They started praying god to o

ffer them a child. With the grace of Lord Murugan and blessings of Shri Anjineyar five years after their marriage they were blessed with a female child on a Friday February 1986. They were very happy and though that she was a gift of god and named her as Nandini Devi.During schooling itself Nandini Devi was deeply concentrating in spiritual rites. She gained fame in studies and sports. Over and above she mastered in Tamil, English , Hindi and French languages. She particularly specialized in the French language. During her college life one day along with her friends she visited Shirdi Saibaba holy temple situated in Tirunelveli. Since then she was devoting herself in spiritual performance and was often saying slogans of Saibaba. At last she became a prompt and genuine devotee of Saibaba and she often used to advice her parents that saint life is better than the married life. She used to read life history of Saibaba, Swami Vivekananda and Ramama Maharshi . However her mind was deeply diverted towards Shirdi Saibaba.Unfortunately in the year Jan-2011 her life came to an end. The parents were deeply mourning and realized that she was taken away by Baba. The parents have decided to build a temple in memory of their demised daughter and consulted the gentlemen and prophets of the village regarding the same.A final decision was taken to build the temple in their own land. They have conducted a grand function of the rituals and laid the foundation on Sep-2011. They placed some precious gems and valuable metals in the pit over which a platform is to be built to place the Shrine in the presence of the committee members. On the same night her parents could not sleep and doubted that the valuables may be stolen away. So in the midnight they went to check the site. It was a miracle; the valuables were guarded by a giant Cobra white in colour with glittering eyes. On seeing this the couple realized that it was nothing but their daughter Nandini Devi. It was astonishing that in the same night two ant hills were found built in the site. Since then, only a few people could gaze the appearance of the white Cobra.Hereafter, the trust was started in the name of “Sri Sai Nandhini Trust“. Now the construction of the temple is going on in full swing.
