History of the temple

The Temple was started in May 1947 by Late Sri.Saipadananda Radhakrishna Swamiji founder of Sai Spiritual Centre, Tyagarajanagar, Bangalore. Life size photographs of Dwarakmai Saibaba and a rare photo

Till the year 1995, these photographs along with Utsava Murthy’s made out of wooden material were worshipped in the temple.The Marble Idol of Shirdi Saibaba was installed on 16th February 1995 by the Swamiji of Siddaganga Mutt.Panchaloha Idol of Shirdi Saibaba is present and is used for daily Abhishekam.Life size photographs of Dwarakmai Sai Baba and a rare photograph of Sai Baba with “OM” in the background is present.Until Feb 1995, these photographs along with utsava murthies idols) made out of wooden material were worshipped in the temple. Later, three feet tall marble statue of Sai Baba was installed on Feb 16th 1997 by Swamiji of Siddaganga Mutt. The temple is built in an area of 600 sq. ft.Not many bhakthas visits to this temple, even the localites. Earlier there were 6 members in the trust, now its only one trustee.
